returns/refunds
We do not offer returns or exchanges but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@yegafterdark.com and we will get it fixed for you as soon as possible!
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@yegafterdark.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will take care of it for you!
At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to specific stock available. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts first in the product description section. If for whatever reason an item was mislabeled, and you were sent the wrong product, please let us know at info@yegafterdark.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll get it resolved for you!
Where do I send my returned items if needed?
Please contact us at info@yegafterdark and we can provide that information for you. If local, we can also potentially arrange to return the item in person.
